Every year when our river family goes down the Main Salmon, we stop at the confluence with a bottle of Dickel whiskey and a cheesecake to pass around in his memory. Known as the cheesecake and Dickel confluence. Bills favorite. A reminder that you are at the waters’ mercy and to be grateful to share this experience with the people around you.
